What data we process

We process the data you pro­vide to us through the con­tact form or by email: your name, your email address, your phone number if you pro­vide it, the pro­file and topics you select, and, if you choose to share it, the approx­i­mate size of your wealth. Please do not send us doc­u­ments, health data, or infor­ma­tion about other people when you first con­tact us. If we need them later, we will tell you how to send them. As with most web­sites, our hosting provider logs vis­i­tors' IP addresses and tech­nical data for secu­rity pur­poses and keeps them for PEN­DI­ENTE-CON­FIRMAR days.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

We use your data to respond to your inquiry and, if you request it, to pre­pare a pro­posal for ser­vices. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the Gen­eral Data Pro­tec­tion Reg­u­la­tion (GDPR): taking steps at your request prior to entering into a con­tract. Your data is nec­es­sary for us to reply to you. If you do not pro­vide it, we will not be able to handle your inquiry. We do not use auto­mated deci­sion-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

If you do not go on to engage our ser­vices, we will delete your data no later than PEN­DI­ENTE-CON­FIRMAR months after our last con­tact. If a pro­fes­sional rela­tion­ship is estab­lished, we will keep your data for as long as it lasts and, after­ward, for any record-reten­tion periods and statutes of lim­i­ta­tions that apply.

Who we share it with

We dis­close your data to third par­ties only when the law requires it or when it is nec­es­sary to carry out the work you ask us to do, and we always let you know before­hand. For example, we may dis­close it to the law firm Santana Lorenzo Abogados, to your accoun­tant, or to the finan­cial insti­tu­tions involved. Our email provider, Google (Google Workspace), pro­cesses the data on behalf of Yutori Capital as a data pro­cessor. If Google trans­fers data out­side the Euro­pean Eco­nomic Area, those trans­fers are based on PEN­DI­ENTE-CON­FIRMAR (an ade­quacy deci­sion or stan­dard con­trac­tual clauses).

Your rights

You may exer­cise your rights of access, rec­ti­fi­ca­tion, era­sure, objec­tion, restric­tion of pro­cessing, and data porta­bility by emailing the pri­vacy con­tact address listed above.
